8 things to do with kids this weekend!

Who am I? invites you to explore the science of who you are through intriguing objects, provocative artworks and hands-on exhibits. Discover what your voice sounds like as a member of the opposite sex, morph your face to see what you’ll look like as you age, or collect DNA to catch a criminal in our brand-new interactive exhibits. Investigate some of the characteristics that make humans such a successful species, such as personality, intelligence and language

4.  Dads’ Rhymetime

Dads – bring your toddler (ages 0-4) along to our special ‘dads-only’ rhymetime. Listen to stories, join in with the singing, bond with your child and meet other local fathers.

5.An Andy Sturgeon Garden Workshop

Come and dig your own miniature garden with a Chelsea Flower Show Gold Medal winning team. Join Andy Sturgeon’s team at the Earls Court Project Rooms for a mini-garden masterclass. The team will help you get hands on and plant your own miniature garden boxes that are yours to take away and keep.

6.Thomas Edison

Meet  Mr Thomas Alvar Edison, the man whose amazing phonograph and kinetoscope entertained millions with sound and vision from the 1880s onwards.

7.The Tales We Tell

Drawings inspired by tribal memory, myths and everyday life, which offer a rare insight into Warli, a tribal art form from Western India. The exhibitions also features a film by artist Johnny Magee and an installation created through a pictorial exchange between pupils at Redlands Primary School, Tower Hamlets and a village school in Dahanu, Thane.

8. Destination Space family show
